Barbara has been a licensed health insurance agent since December 2015, after her start as our office manager in June 2014. With over 30 years of customer service experience and 14 years as a professional photographer, Barbara’s goals are compassionate listening, decisive action and always working in the best interest of the client.

Barbara is appointed with the Washington Health Plan Finder and the Federal Marketplace and is experienced with Medicare Advantage/Supplement plans, Dental, Vision, Employer Group plans, and Short Term Medical.

She is the proud mother of two grown children and two hilarious Dachshunds. Barbara looks forward to continuing her commitment to providing a high level of service, including a spirit of helpfulness and a sense of humor.

Kristi has been a great help with getting supplemental Medicare plans for both my husband and me. When my original supplemental Medicare plan changed and wasn't covering my needs, she got me a new plan in a couple of days, which got me coverage before my next appointments. I stumbled into the Warshauer Agency while attempting to make sense of Cover Oregon and the application process for health care. Unable to reach a live person at Cover Oregon, I left a message with the Warshauer Agency. My call was returned promptly, by Shari, who was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. I was assigned to another agent, Kristi, who was also prompt, warm and friendly and well versed in the application process. Right there on the phone, she walked me through the application and filed it for me. Then, Kristi called me back just as I received my acceptance documents and negotiated the many health plan options taking into account my specific doctors, prescriptions, and projected health care needs, filing all the papers for me while we were on the phone. I will certainly use them again when it comes time to decide about my Medicare Advantage plans as I am approaching 65.
