  2.  A listed census that outlines the name and date of birth of each of your employees to we can get accurate rate quotes (we will provide an excel worksheet electronically or via fax whichever is easier for you.
  3. Your Red White and Blue Medicare Card.
  4. We will ask what the average income of your employees
  5.  A personal meeting, generally less than an hour, to lay out our path ahead.
  6. Easy to understand enrollment to a complicated system (either all electronically or in person)
  7. We will do employee meetings outlining the new Obamacare systems and the Chosen Plan designs.
